Refund policy
At Butterform, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange by starting the process through our Return Center. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete your return.
Return Policy Details
We accept returns within 30 days from order fulfillment date.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided
Returns sent without prior approval through our Return Center may not be accepted.
Restocking Fees
The following restocking fees apply to returned items:
Standard orders: $10 restocking fee
Orders over $100: 10% restocking fee
Restocking fees may be waived if you choose store credit instead of a refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
Sale items may only be returned in exchange for store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including the return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Butterform cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Time limit: 24 hours after placing your order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery Issues
Lost in Shipment
A replacement order will be sent.
Delivered but Not Found
We will investigate the situation before approving a replacement.
Incorrect Address Entered
Please contact your local post office. Refunds are not available.
Old Address Used
Contact your local post office to request package forwarding.
Refused Delivery
No refund will be issued.
